Its our annual fundraiser 2026 and this year our chose charity is a personal one to our members, families and friends 💙

We’ve built our fitness community around supporting each other and we are coming together to raise money for Prostate Cancer UK.

Too many lives are affected by this, and through Walk & Tone we’re hoping to challenge our bodies and help make a difference to all the grandads, dads, brothers, uncles, nephews, grandsons out there. Every step, every share, and every donation truly counts 🙏

Its our yearly charity event and we are on the ask for donations.....this fundraiser means so much to our members families and friends 💙 and we are asking for you support to help us reach our target of £1000.

We’ve built our community around supporting both physical and mental wellbeing, and coming together to raise money for Prostate Cancer UK is something close to all our members hearts.

Thame, Oxfordshire it was a pleasure.

We missed the rain
We got muddy
We cleared our heads
We worked our arms
We got a great leg workout
We definitely used our glutes...alot
We most certainly woke up those abdominals

Most importantly we had good fun, a chat and we filled our lungs with lots of fresh air in the Oxfordshire countryside.

A new year is nearly here! So....

This is your friendly nudge to step outside, move your body, and feel like you again.

WALK & TONE | Group Fitness Walk – Wheatley, Oxfordshire. OX33 1NN

🗓️ Sunday 11th January, 2026
🕙 10:00–11:30am
📍 Meeting Point: Outside Wheatley Primary School, Littleworth Road, Wheatley OX33 1NN. Free on road parking
💷 £10 – pay on the day or online
👟 All fitness levels welcome – come as you are

We’re heading for a woodland walk this time for 90 minutes of good movement, fresh air, and full-body feel-good energy. Think: a 3K-ish walk through Oxfordshire Countryside with toning stops and optional kit to spice it up.

We’ll bring resistance bands, ankle weights, and dumbbells for anyone who wants to use them — but you don’t need to bring or use anything. Just yourself, comfy shoes, and maybe a bottle of water.

It’s movement, not madness. And you’ll feel great after.

* What to Expect:

Power walk + bodyweight toning in nature

Optional kit: resistance bands, leg weights & light dumbbells (we’ll have some to share)

Friendly, relaxed vibe – all levels welcome

Confidence & a mind and body reset before the new week

Lets see what the guests thought about the Walk and Tone retreat 🤔

💯 positive and more from each and every guest ✨️ unfiltered honest feedback, we will take that.

We cant thank you for enough for all being amazing, getting stuck in and stepping outside your comfort zones on a number of occasions. You totally smashed the whole 4 days. You should all be very proud of yourselves. As we are proud of you 👏🏼

We laughed and laughed so our faces got a workout too. Bonus!!

We mingled and met new friends 🧡 love this.

We took part in fitness activities for the 1st time for some.

We let our hair down in the evenings with socials in local areas trying the local cuisine and a few local bars.

This fitness retreat is for you if you want a mix of all the above.

If you are interested in our 2026 retreats UK and Portugal please let us know as I have a feeling demand will be high for next year 😍

Let’s be honest.
Weight isn’t just about what you eat.

There’s endless advice out there, yet most people feel stuck because they’re trying to follow rules that don’t fit their life.

The truth? Sustainable results come from simple habits, done consistently.

Here are a few that work:

1. Think bigger than food
Sleep, stress and movement matter as much as nutrition. When one is off, progress slows.

2. Keep it simple
Forget hacks and extremes. Consistency beats perfection every time.

3. Find your rhythm
Your body thrives on routine. Build a pattern that supports your energy and lifestyle.

4. Hydrate well
Water supports focus, appetite control and recovery. Aim for around two litres daily.

5. Fibre and protein first
They keep you fuller for longer and stabilise energy. Small, steady improvements add up.

6. Make it enjoyable
If you hate it, it won’t last. Build balance, not restriction.

And here’s the most overlooked part:
Understand why you eat. Awareness changes everything.

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach — only what’s sustainable for you.

Pilates/Yoga 45 min session
Pre dinner drinks

Followed by dancing and a few cocktails at the local bar...oh and a lot of singing 😆
