However, sometimes it's a good idea to make a commitment to do something for a period of time - that way you are more likely to achieve your desired goals. Buying a subscription is a sure way to guarantee yo

🎵Cha Cha Challenge, Rueda, Salsa🎵
🕺Every Wednesday in December is Xmas Party Night!💃🏻

This Wednesday, the 10th, is Part 2 of 3 of our ALL-DECEMBER Xmas Parties. Make sure you check out the WhatsApp Group if you'd like to recap the first section of the Cha Cha Challenge. We'll be adding the next instalment and building on our Rueda skills.

Throughout December, we will progress your dancing with Rueda moves and the Cha Cha Challenge choreography.

7:30: Rueda, 2 levels. Level 1 Salsa.
8:15: Cha Cha Challenge choreography. Level 1 & 2 Salsa.

Rueda is a group dance performed in a circle, where one person calls moves that everyone then executes in synchronisation. It rarely goes perfectly, but it's a lot of fun trying. Mistakes are all part of the entertainment, and there's no pressure - everyone is welcome to join and expand their horizons of joy and laughter.

The Cha Cha Challenge is a solo choreography danced to the Cha Cha Cha rhythm. Each week, we'll add to the sequence and see how far we get. Developing your dance skills is accelerated by trying new ways to connect your body and soul to music, and this fun challenge is just the ticket.
