Saturday Session cancelled due to me (scott) is little bit under the weather. I am getting loads of veg smoothies down me so hopefully I'll be flipping in to the next week😀

NEW APP INFO (GYMCATCH) 😆😆😆😆

We are in the middle of putting the Sessions on an app called (Gymcatch)Were you can book the Sessions that we run online.

This will us know how many freerunners will be attending the Session if the numbers or low like (2) we can cancel that Session for that week .

You will be able to purchase the stamp cards we offer on there to so anytime when you would like to book on to a Session the stamp automatically will knock it of the stamp cards .
