Huge well done to our students this evening, we did some fun filled fitness in both classes, a mixture of techniques including bear hugs and counters to armlocks. Of course we had a couple of games thrown in their for good measure 😄

We will be running a juniors weapons class in a couple of weeks, all students will be notified of the date asap ⚔️

Our Whaley dojo stars have smashed it yet again! 🙏🏻🥳 we’ve introduced a new pass system at the dojo and everyone has achieved such high marks; just goes to show how all their hard work has paid off 💯 scary to think 3 of them will be ready for black belt next year 😵 where has the time gone!

We now have 2 weeks off for Easter, with belts, certificates, and feedback at the end of the first session back (15th April) 🐣

Brilliant session on Wednesday this week! Grading is fast approaching and our students are finely tuning their techniques 💯

A fun filled session last night - games to start, some grading training sandwiched in there, plus an introduction into creating your own kata!
Our mini members chose 5 different moves and our bigger members chose 10; moves included breakfalls, kicks, strikes and blocks which they had to compile into a routine/kata💥

Safe to say, they did brilliantly (as always!)
