Throwback to April 2023 lifting the 240kg Atlas stone.

Which I think at the time was the heaviest stone lifted by an Englishman.

The English record has since been pushed up to 250kg. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

This was my first 400kg+ plus deadlift after coming back from a ruptured adductor tendon surgery, 7 months of extensive training and rehabilitation to be able to pick up this weight again and at a much lighter bodyweight of 134kg compared to 150+ I used to be.
