Meet Karen ❤️
Karen spent years doing endless cardio, thinking it was the key to staying fit as she got older, but instead, it left her with knee pain, fatigue, and a body that felt constantly stressed.
So she changed her approach…
By focusing on strength training, reformer Pilates, recovery, and proper nutrition, Karen completely transformed her body and her health.
As women age, we naturally lose muscle mass and bone density, while hormones and metabolism change. Too much high-intensity cardio can increase stress on the body and place more strain on joints that already need support.
Strength training does the opposite.
It helps preserve lean muscle, support bone health, improve insulin sensitivity, increase metabolism, protect joints, and improve overall longevity.
Now Karen is stronger, leaner, pain-free, and more confident than ever. ❤️
This is your reminder that getting older doesn’t mean getting weaker, if you train the right way.
Well done Karen 🙏🫶
