NEW CLASS - STRENGH AND CONDITIONING WITH COACH MILLIE

EVERY WEDNESDAY 7-8PM

Build strength, power, and endurance with our Strength & Conditioning (S&C) class, designed specifically for martial artists. This session focuses on improving explosive power, core stability, mobility, and overall conditioning to directly support your performance in the ring. Expect a mix of functional strength work, cardio conditioning, and injury-prevention exercises that complement your martial arts training. Whether you’re sharpening your edge for competition or boosting your fitness, this class will help you hit harder, move better, and last longer. 🥊📈☝🏻

The class is coached by Millie, who brings a deep understanding of the importance of smart, well-structured conditioning. Having experienced injuries herself, Millie places strong emphasis on proper technique, injury prevention, and building a resilient body that can handle the demands of martial arts and everyday training 🙌🏻

It’s Here It’s Here, The Moment You All Been Waiting For Fight Series Is On The Move !!!!!!

The first stop is the Sunny, Seaside town Weymouth, For Our Yellow Brick Series.
April 26th is the Date, Yellow Brick To FS11 is the event and I’m the promotor.

What you can expect is a family friendly, grassroots event that offers all fighters the opportunity to showcase their skills and gain some much needed experience as they navigate their way through the classes. You can also expect amazing and more importantly qualified referees, and judges who will do nothing but give fair results.

As always we’ll be, matching MMA, Muay Thai, K1 and Sub Grappling bouts and as always on the Yellow Brick series they’ll be inside a ring. We already taking lists from coaches and select parents, so contact myself or on insta with your lists and let’s make this a first show to remember with lots of 50/50 exciting fights.
