Juniors 4+ 6.30pm-7.30pm
Adults 13+ 7.30pm-9.00pm
Saturday:
Ladies 11am-12pm
Sunday:
Juniors 4+ 10am-11am
Seniors 13+ 11am-12.30pm.

Hi all, those coming to Judo today, please just wear T-shirts with your judo belts and trousers. No need for Judo jackets. Make sure you have plenty of water, squash etc.
