6 week coaching offer starting November 18th👀👀👀👀

If you want to:

🎯 get a head start on your 2025 goals
🎯 set your behaviours and routines in place NOW so you’re ready to go from January
🎯 have a coach to guide you through the Christmas period so you can enjoy it without going backwards

Starting 18th Nov to 5th Jan. This includes the first week of January to start you off on the right foot for 2025!

This is not a fat loss challenge but will be centred around:
✅ implementing habits for your fitness journey.
✅ learning how to navigate social events in a way that aligns with your goals.
✅ making a head start so you’re not at square one from January.

I will personally guide you in and out of the gym with your training, nutrition, social events and much more to ensure you’re in the best possible position for the end of the year and start of 2025, while enjoying Christmas with confidence 🎅🏽

And if you do choose to continue, you will stay on my 2024 prices🤩

Meet Anna 🤍

Anna and I have been working together for the last 6 months and she has gone from a relative gym newbie, to absolutely smashing strength goals, and seeing physical changes as a result.

Anna got used to tracking her food intake, before focusing on sufficient protein and introducing a sustainable deficit whilst fitting around her life and social events.

She started training 3x a week with me and has increased this to include a fourth session on her own as she loves getting stronger. She has also reintroduced swimming which she used to do when she was younger. Her confidence has ☄️ (from being nervous to do a fourth session and start swimming again, to absolutely loving these) and her form and intensity in the gym is 💯.

She is leg pressing 160kg, hip thrusting 100kg and is now learning deadlifts too.

She has also achieved this with 5 weeks off due to illness and other circumstances, showing how much can be achieved even when there are obstacles!!

We have a month left of working together before she feels confident enough to continue her journey on her own in a public gym, which is ultimately my aim🤩🤩 embed habits and give clients the knowledge so they can always continue their journey.

Super super proud of Anna and everything she has achieved, she is a pleasure to coach 💕

ANNOUNCEMENT📣

As some of you may know, I currently work 25 hours for an Organic certification body, alongside 20 hours coaching. BUT as of next week I am soft launching and reducing my office job to 10 hours. THEN from 27th Sept I will leaving my office job and going FULL TIME PT!!!🥳🥳🥳

I am sooo excited and grateful to be in a position to follow my passion, invest more time into my coaching education, level up my business and help even more clients smash their goals💫🥹🤩

This means as of next week I will be opening up more coaching spaces😝😝😝 this opportunity doesn’t come round often as I have been full for the last 8 months👀

I will be taking both online and in-person clients.

CLIENT RESULTS ➡️Just some of the results my amazing clients have achieved 😍😍😍

What before and after pictures don’t show:
- Levelling up their lifestyle

As we *almost* come to the end of summer (cry), how have you spent this summer??

Have you
- maintained a happy medium with training and nutrition
- been on target in pursuing your goals
- maybe taken your foot off the pedal when it comes to nutrition and training, which has left you feeling unconfident and sluggish?

Don’t get me wrong, summer isn’t necessarily the right time to pursue goals, everyone is busy, there are a lot more social plans and most importantly we wanna enjoy the sun🌞 BUT if you weren’t able to find that happy medium this summer & you want help actually achieving your goals come September, I’ll be opening up coaching spaces so keep your eyes peeled or DM me now to get ahead 👀

Insane progress so far from Danielle! -4kg in 12 weeks, and the plan is to cut until the end of September 💪🏼

Danielle works so so hard in the gym and the biggest thing for me is the way her confidence has 📈📈📈📈 From being nervous to walk in the gym to buying a tripod and starting a fitness page😍 so proud of her!

Danielle also trains, completes her steps and cardio all around a demanding job & night shifts💗

The main thing Danielle and I have done to ensure progress is look at nutrition compliance and tracking. Danielle had tracked food intake for a while but when we looked more closely there were things being untracked or not tracked accurately. Since looking at this together we have ensured progress on her deficit calories 🥰

Why I value having a coach…

1️⃣I always like to be learning so I love having someone else I can ask questions and learn from.
2️⃣I love working with someone I look up to, someone with more experience than me & who inspires me to be better and do more.
3️⃣We all have moments of self doubt and having a coach is great when you have a wobble or feel directionless.
4️⃣Keep you grounded. Someone who can rationalise and base things in objectivity rather than your personal emotions.
5️⃣Accountability. Yes I’m a coach myself, but I believe everyone does better with accountability.

A reminder of what can be achieved in 12 weeks through a ‘lifestyle cut’; while still enjoying social events and maintaining balance!!

✅ 3 gym sessions per week
✅ a sustainable deficit
✅ accounting for social events

❌ no additional cardio due to time availability of the client
❌ didn’t cut out any favourite foods
❌ no social restrictions

Helaina’s 7 month progress 🍑

Wowwwwww👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

What has she done to achieve this?⬇️

✅ gone from under-eating to fuelling herself- eating around 2200 calories consistently
✅ hitting a high protein target (2x her BW)
✅ completing 4 gym sessions a week (2 with me and 2 on her own)
✅ progressively overloading her lifts every week

She can now do 2 unassisted pull ups, hip thrust 165kg and RDL and deadlift 90kg!!
Road to 100kg here we come 🚀🚀🚀

This is around maintenance calories for Helaina and muscle growth is a process and takes time and patience (it is a lot slower than a fat loss phase) BUT staying around maintenance rather than a ‘bulk’ means she has stayed happy with composition throughout 😍

As you can see, the steps to get here aren’t complicated but they require dedication, consistency and hard work, which is exactly what Helaina has👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼so so proud of this consistent glute queeeen.

Online client transformation 🤩

Not only has this client lost 8kg, she also ran a half marathon and has signed up for a marathon next year supported by her new confidence and lifestyle🥹

Throughout this fat loss phase we focused on creating a deficit in a sustainable and healthy way…

❌not skipping meals in order to lose weight, as had previously been the case
❌not only doing cardio

✅ completing three weights sessions alongside cardio
✅ focusing on nutritious low calorie meals to hit a deficit
✅ increasing NEAT activity through step count
✅ incorporating social events, holidays and alcohol
✅ bringing awareness to stress, relationship with food and sleep to focus on these areas and aid her journey
