Hey everyone, if I don’t manage to post a workout consider the following alternatives;

1. Have a rest day.
2. Do one of the previously posted workouts.
3. Plan your own workout.
4. Go for a run.
5. 300 x squats 200 x sit ups 100 x push ups.
6. Burpees on the minute every minute to failure.
7. 8 x full burpees every minute for 20 minutes.
8. Squat.Sit up. Push up. X 20 mins each.
9. Absolution x 3 Sets
10.squat jumps. 1/2 burpees x20 each x10 sets.

Workout #8

Punisher squats ( arms held out straight in front ) x10 after ten reps hold in squat position for slow count of 10.
Star jumps x 50
Close position push ups (hands under shoulders) x25
Butterfly sit ups x25
Star jumps x 50
‘V’ sit ups x 25
Dorsal raises (lying on stomach back arch, don’t overstretch) x 10
Punisher squats x 10

X5 sets total

50 squat jumps to finish

Workout #7

Deep squat-stand- rear lunge left and right x 20(= 20squats+40 rear lunges)

Hold high plank for count of 30 then do 5 push ups

Do both sets alternate for total of 5 sets each

ABSOLUTION

100 x calf raises
100 x star jumps
100 x toe tummy reach

100 x squat jumps

Workout #6

Do a 1/2 burpee and stop in the push up position,do x2 push ups, jump up arms above the head x10 sets

Do a 1/2 burpee and stop in the push up position
Do x10 mountain climbers, jump up arms above the head x 10 sets

Repeat both sets x5

100 x star jumps
20 x squat jumps
20 x jump squats
20 x drop squats
100 x star jumps

On the minute every minute running clock
Full burpees
1 x 1 burpee first minute
2x2 burpees second minute etc

Keep going as long as possible with good form then finish ugly if you have to ( some of you have a head start 😂)
Target 15+ burpees last minute

200 sit ups to finish x

Butterfly sit ups x 10
Push ups x 2
Sit up reach toe touch x 5
Push ups x 3
Sit ups x 10

X 10 sets / 30 secs jog on spot between sets
Push ups = 60 total
Sit ups = 250 total

Toe tummy reach x 100 to finish
