🥊Are you looking for a new fun weekly fitness class?

🥊Are you wanting to try a different style of exercise?

🥊Are you looking for a fitness class that doesn't require membership?

Then why not try Lilly's Boxfit. This is a female only weekly class that incorporates a mixture of Boxing techniques with HIIT and some light weight training. Its great fun and a total body work out.

The sessions are every Wednesday at 6.15pm till 7.15pm at KN boxing gym. The sessions are pay as you go £6 per session. DM or comment below if you would like some more information.

I have said it before but i will say it again- Wednesday nights are my favourite nights!

Its such a pleasure teaching you lovely ladies every week, and I love seeing you progress and gain more confidence. It doesn't matter what kind of day or week I have been having, I always come away from a Wednesday class with a massive smile on my face.

The last boxfit session for 2023 last night, it was great fun.

Thank-you to all my members who have supported me this year. I love teaching you all and I all always looking forward to Wednesday evenings!
