Little update on progress so far.
I've got to give it to josh, with the lockdown and the holiday period weve been through josh has stayed on track and I bloody love his determination to carrying on, no complaints, he just got on with it.
Hes made some great gains in a short time and we all know how hard the muscle building process is.
Cheers to an awesome 2021 and many gains to come 💪

Finally I got my logo designed and I guess I can happily say that Jim Fitness has officially been launched!

Since this my new page, even my old clients deserve a shout out.

Checkout my client Lee Davis' transformation,

20kg lost in 4 and a half months!

Lee was using my custom programs and nutrition guidance, he gave up alcohol and dived right into fitness and hasnt looked back.

Lee is currently involved in boxing now with his new found weight loss and is loving fitness to this day 💪.

Huge well done to one of my online clients Martin Chick with his 3 month transformation!

Thought I'd give Conor the honour of JIM FITNESS' first post!

Big congratulations to my online client Conor jess' 6 weeks progress using my custome program.

There we go people, the proof that hard work pays off. I just provide the blue print and Conor has done all the things asked of him and it certainly shows.
