Progress is well underway on our brand-new TigerTurf courts! 🎾

We’re delighted that the resurfacing of courts 3 & 4 has been supported by a £15,000 grant from Sport England. A huge thank you to Kala Reid for securing the funding and managing the grant application process.

A big thank you as well to our Maintenance Officer, Chris Brook, who has been giving the net posts a fresh coat of paint and the nets some much-needed TLC while the work has been taking place.

As for the courts themselves, 28mm of new tarmac has now been laid, along with new curbing around the courts, and the new Tiger Turf Advantage Pro surface will be installed next week.

We’re looking forward to seeing the finished result very soon! 🎾

Last night we had 2 matches on the go!
Men’s C Team away to Chard and then Ladies B Team home to Chard.

The men’s team fought back from 4-1 down to beat Chard 38-33 away from home.
The ladies team won 8-2!

Weymouth Ladies A Team were in action last night against a very strong Yeovil side and although we unfortunately lost 6-4, the ladies gave it absolutely everything 💪

There were some impressive shots, long rallies, and great determination shown throughout the match.
A big shout out to Leo and Tom for their support and for coming to watch us play.
