Unfortunately, due to financial reasons, the club has had to fold. Thank you to everyone who played for and supported the club. It’s a shame to see it go but hopefully the players can enjoy good football elsewhere. Thanks again.

Officially the Demons FC inaugural season is over... it was a wild ride with plenty of positives, special moments, great laughs, and learning points.

We didn’t finish in the most glamorous of positions, nor get to the final of any trophies, however we have moments to be really proud of, and some excellent play between great friends within the team.

When I took the opportunity to manage a group of 16-year-olds, with a few older chaps involved, I didn’t expect to become so proud of everyone involved, especially those who have stuck with us through our worst games. (e.g. RAB with 9 men...)

The squad has persevered through a tough season, and we look forward to our next one as plenty of the boys stay, and we bring in some new players to the project.

I’d like to personally thank a few people:

- Frances and Ralph Ricardo, for giving me the chance to manage this group of lads.

- Alfie Ricardo, for being the most helpful of assistant managers.

- Lewis Ricardo, for utmost commitment of doing just about every position available, without complaints and to the best of his ability.

- The league committee, for making Sunday football possible in the area.

- All of our opponents, for welcoming us into the league and providing us some tough competition.

- Finally, all players who have turned out for Demons FC this season; It wouldn’t have been possible to have a team this season without you showing up at 10:30am on a Sunday.

Demons FC will return for the 21/22 season, stronger than before and pushing for higher up the table 👹🏆
