🪿As we are moving into spring are you looking for a new fitness challenge? Then Brazilian Juj-Jitsu is for you! Not only does it improve your fitness and stamina but is a an opportunity to immerse yourself in a new community of like-minded people supported by your coaches Tai and Icy Thomas-Day.
Alongside learning self-defence, it is an opportunity to socialise and actively put into practice what you learn each week with others.
Jujitsu acts as a great alternative to traditional weight-lifting which can get repetitive and at times be isolating. By learning and training as a group, you will find yourself more motivated to keep showing up. Less violent but just as strategic as boxing, you will not have to worry as much about major injury which can be intimidating from the outset.
🔸As soon as you try out your first session I think you’ll wonder why you hadn’t tried sooner 🔸 An opportunity skipped is an opportunity missed to try something great!
- If you would like to try but feel overwhelmed with nerves feel free to bring a friend down with you so you aren’t trying out alone (we love to banter and are not afraid to be a bit silly)
- Our Group and coaches are inclusive, teaching both men and women so everyone is welcome!
- Come down to your local Weymouth club and join us. The first session is always FREE for each person 💚 because everyone needs a trial run! After your first session, each lesson is £8 pay as you train to give you flexibility. All lessons are beginner friendly & there is always help if you need it 🤙🏼Ages 17+
Our session days and times are:
- Wednesdays 8pm-9:30pm Gi🥋🥋
- Sundays 8am-9:30am No Gi 🩳🤿 (Followed by a Spoons breakfast! And the occasional sea swim as the weather improves)
