Weymouth FC Women are excited to announce that Striker Amber Warwick has agreed to stay for the 2026/27 season.

Amber joined the youth section at Weymouth Football Club in 2023 from local rivals Ridgeway, and has since progressed up to the senior side, making her debut at the start of last season.

Amber is known for her high energy, work rate and incredible pressing ability - regularly getting on the score sheet as a result! And we can’t wait to see her do it all over again in 2026/27!

Here is what Amber had to say on staying with The Terras:

“I’m very grateful to be signing on for another season with this incredible team. The past season has given me memories, friendships, challenges and moments that I’ll carry with me for a long time. Through everything, i’ve grown not only as a player, but as a person.

I couldn’t be more excited to continue this journey with a group of amazing people and I’m ready to give everything!

Here’s to another season, more memories, and hopefully something very special. Up the Terras!⚽️”

Weymouth FC Women are delighted to confirm that Attacking Midfielder Mia Simpson has agreed to stay for the 2026/27 season.

Mia is a technically gifted and smart midfield and a key asset to the team as we look to develop further this season.

Mia has just finished university and if returning to the team fully ahead of the next season.

We can’t wait to see what Mia achieved with us this season and are excited to have her with us again.

Here is what Mia said on her decision to stay:

SEPTEMBER FIXTURES

We start off the season with a changed fixture away to Longfleet Lionesses! We then welcome Bridport Fc Women to The Bob Lucas Stadium for our first home game of the season. Followed by a cup fixture away to Ridgeway Black Pearls. Finishing off the month with another away fixture to our furthest opponent of the league, Shaftesbury Ladies.

Weymouth FC Women are excited to confirm that Winger Becca H***e will remain with the Terras for the 2026/27 campaign.

Becca rejoined the Terras at the start of last season, after some time away from football and made an immediate impact on the team, featuring over 20 times last time out.

Her technical ability, composure and height make her one of the most valuable assets in the gram and we can’t wait to see what she achieves in the coming campaign.

Weymouth FC Women are delighted to confirm that midfielder Freya Goodhew has agreed to sign for the 2026/27 season.

Freya became a fundamental part of the teams midfield last season, her first full season in adult football, and her tireless non-stop work rate was pivotal to our success.

We are excited to welcome Freya back, and are sure she will continue to be an important part of the team ahead of the next campaign.

Here is what Freya had to say on her decision to remain a Terra:

“I am really excited to be resigning for another season with Weymouth. I’m looking forward to improving my game and having fun alongside the best group of girls; can’t wait to be back on the pitch together! 💙”
