New year, new workspace, new vibration!

It’s been quite a journey for me this year, culminating with a move to new workshop premises over Yuletide. I’m pleased to say that from the beginning of 2023 I will be based now in Weymouth amongst new friends at Unbearable Design, on Lynch Lane.

Not only do I have workshop space, but I have paddles and wooden objects On Sale in the adjoining retail shop. So, drop by and see things being made, have a chat and take the opportunity to buy something handmade and unique.

The artisan shop is on the Lynch Lane industrial estate in Weymouth, and is open Monday - Saturday 🙂

Friday’s treat.

I made this ottertail paddle a little while ago. And it wasn’t bad, but it’s balance wasn’t what I wanted. So back on the bench with it for a couple of hours and now it’s where I wanted it to be. 🙌🏽

Sometimes it’s good to look again at what you produce and be unafraid to revisit what you’ve done and improve it.

Unique locally made gifts at affordable prices. Result!

Fancy something different and unique? Well check out these vases that have just hit the Unbearable shop! We are always trying to find ways to reduce our waste footprint, so from time to time we make limited time products from these waste materials! Our new birch vases are just that; made from birch plywood off-cuts (and a few bits of oak), glued together and hand crafted to make these scandi style vases. Even the glass bottles are recycled from our staff kitchen!!
