Here is my transportation so far

I hope your first few weeks back in the gym have been a good one !
Quick training update⬇️⬇️/physique up date i’ve recently been training the past month completely different and the benefits are starting to pay off!
1️⃣stronger
2️⃣ healthier
3️⃣ leaner
recently I’ve really been focusing on hitting my large compound lifts. and moved away from the conventional bro splits !
Why do a chest and triceps day/leg day/ back and biceps 💪🏼
If you and it all up you have only done hit those muscle groups 4 times in a month! (Following the bro code)

THE STAGGERED ROMANIAN DEADLIFT
Why 🤷🏼‍♂️
Here is a variation of the Romanian Deadlift that combines the bilateral stance with more emphasis on the posterior chain of the lead leg. This variation is great for isolating the left leg during the Deadlift

How? 🙋🏼‍♂️
1️⃣Hold a barbell or dumbbell in front of your thighs with a double overhand grip.

2️⃣Stagger your stance with your right foot back and your left foot forward. Your right heel should be off the ground with the toes of your right foot inline with the heel of your left foot.

3️⃣Push your hips back as you hinge forward. Keep the bar close to your legs and keep your chest puffed out and shoulders back. Once you reach roughly 90-degrees of hip flexion, return to the standing position. 10-15 reps and switch legs.

Why not try Super-setting this move with a barbell hip thrusts for an extra challenge 🍑💪🏼

12 STAGGERED ROMANIAN DEADLIFT each leg
Straight into (no rest)
8-10 Barbell hip thrusts
4 sets 1min rest per set
