We recently caught up with Damian , who’s been with us since January 2026. Since then, he’s dropped over 30lbs and is feeling fitter, stronger, and more confident than ever.
The first thing Damian will tell you is that getting results doesn’t mean living in the gym and training for hours every day. He’s got a busy job, a family life, and plenty going on outside of training.
What’s made the difference is showing up consistently and building small habits that have added up over the last six months.
