Please be careful in the extreme heat this week. To keep safe, stay out of the water in the Buckinghamshire Country Parks and time your visit carefully.

🚨An amber heat health alert is in place from 11am today. Please take extra care in the rising temperatures and drink plenty of water. If you need to spend time outdoors; pop on a hat, and don’t forget your sun cream.

We know it can be tempting to cool off in open water, but hidden dangers like cold‑water shock, strong currents, and unseen hazards can put you at real risk. Choose safer ways to stay cool and look out for one another. 🤝

🐾👉This heat can affect pets too, Milo is getting prepared by wearing his 🕶️, keeping in the shade and staying hydrated. Please remember to not leave pets in cars, temperatures rise very quickly.

Such a fun day making log dogs at Forest School this week! 🌿🐾 🐶

The children loved taking their creations for a walk around camp, enjoying the sunshine while staying cool beneath the trees. Looking forward to another great session next week!
