Monday’s group absolutely smashed their way round this tough CIRCUIT 🔥 first round was 45 seconds on, 20 seconds off … next round was a quick fire round of 30 seconds on, 10 seconds off 👊🏼

✅ Lots of different stations focusing on cardio, body weight and weights to help with overall strength and conditioning 💪🏼

✅ There is NO competition against each other … we are just doing OUR best 👌🏼 your only competition is the clock ⏰

✅ All fitness levels are welcome … I will support and guide you, alternative exercises can be given where needed 👏🏼

✅ Small supportive and friendly group … always routing for each other 💪🏼

Can you believe it’s nearly the end of February already ??? It feels like all we’ve had for weeks is rain ☔️💧🌧️ did think about building an ark 🤣

BUT … We are moving closer to those wonderful light mornings and evenings and hopefully a LOT more sun ☀️☀️☀️

Which also means we are closer to shorts, t-shirts, vests and flip flops 🩴 and holidays 🏖️ … so
