A little bit of travelling across the room! 💃✨

I do love working on travelling steps in dance. It’s a completely different way of moving compared to dancing on the spot, and it really challenges you to think about how you move through space.

Working in lines and groups also gives everyone the chance to move together, encourage each other, and, of course, have a giggle along the way! ❤️

Looking to try something a bit different this autumn?

Why not come along to 60s Go Go dance. We do a variety of routines, just like this one to the awesome song The Harlem Shuffle. I like to mix it up, some are very 60s others less so. It’s a low impact class so great if you are wanting to get back into movement and exercise.
