Another incredible progress 💯
🎉🎉Catherine has made some incredible progress! 🎉🎉
From the 02/06 - 16/06 she’s been able to
Lose 2.6kg of fat 🎉
Gain 1.4kg of muscle 🎉
Lose 1 score of visceral fat 🎉
Drop 7 years off her metabolic age 🎉🎉
Drop 7.2kg (1.13st)off her weight 🎉🎉🎉
To appreciate how well she’s done let me explain each reading❗️
- Fat lose, the average person loses 0.3-0.7kg of fat a week, by being consistent with your meal intake and weight training this, as show, can accelerate the lose sometimes x2 quicker.
- Muscle mass, muscle mass has been described as the “engine” to your body fat and calorie burning mechanism! Here are some benefits to muscle mass 1️⃣ less body fat 2️⃣ improved energy levels 3️⃣ reduce stress 4️⃣ stronger immune system.
- Visceral fat, also known as “hidden fat” fat stored deep inside the belly, wrapped around the organs, including the liver and intestines. Lowering the amount of visceral fat in your body can help towards reducing 1️⃣ type 2 diabetes 2️⃣ heart disease 3️⃣ breast cancer 4️⃣ colorectal cancer 5️⃣ Alzheimer’s disease.
- Metabolic age, is a reflection of the state of your overall metabolic health and function. The fitter, healthier, and stronger you are, the lower your metabolic age will be. If your metabolic age is lower than your actual age, it means that your body is in good health, a good rule of thumb is to have your metabolic age below your actual age by 3-5 years.
- Body weight, overall body weight can be an odd one sometimes, for example, leonie here has gain 0.1 but has lose 1.9kg of fat… here’s something to remember muscle can weight more than fat, as muscle is denser! So even though you can be losing fat, if you’re gaining muscle you overall weight can rise BUT for the better 💪it’s better to have more muscle than fat.
