The baller of the team, if he's not talking about football he's playing or coaching it! ⚽ Many of you may have thought he had left after he stopped teaching his amazing classes but we can assure you he is still here doing his personal training and small group sessions!
"Hi, I’m Alex – a Personal Trainer here at PureGym Weston-super-Mare.

I help real, everyday people get stronger, lose fat, improve their fitness and finally feel confident in the gym. Whether you’re brand new to training or you’ve been stuck in a rut for a while, my coaching is designed to give you clear direction and take the guesswork out of your sessions.

My approach is simple: solid training, supportive accountability, and a plan you actually enjoy sticking to. No extreme diets, no confusing programmes – just straightforward guidance that fits your lifestyle, builds long-term habits and helps you see (and feel) genuine progress.

If you’d like to chat about your goals, I offer a free 15-minute progress check-in where we can look at where you’re at and what will move you forward. Or, if you want to properly try working together, you can book two taster PT sessions for £50.

Our studio 🤩

We have an amazing studio here at Puregym Weston-super-Mare! In here you will find most of our classes including LIFT, GLC, Core, MIND and circuits.

Did you know though that if there are no classes on you can use the space yourself, whether that's to get away from the busy gym floor to do your workout or to cool down after a big session! As long as used appropriately, you can the space and any of our studio kit.. just make sure to pure it back after!
