Not the result we wanted to come home with but we had a great experience in Saudi boxing on the main card under AJ in the Jeddah Dome.

No fighter or team wants to ever lose but there is no shame losing to a world class fighter who is stopping everyone and is ranked #2 in the world with the WBC & WBO.

Congratulations to Jacob Bank & his team for a spectacular performance. You was a level or two above us.

It’s easy to criticise from the outside but one thing I’ll say about Pawel is he was offered 3 huge fights this year said yes to them all. Also Let’s not forget 95% of fighters will never get anywhere near world level in their careers.

PLEASE NOTE - NO CLASSES TONIGHT DUE TO EXTREME HEAT

Due to the heat and also the roller door currently being broken the gym is like a sauna.

There will be no 4.30 or 5.30 classes today or Wednesday.

Carded boxers class is on as normal we will train outside.

We will be back as normal next week.
