Some meetings just hit differently. 💕

Today was less boardroom and more brunch table as the Team Fear ladies got together for a relaxed lunch. Sometimes the best ideas don’t come from sitting around a meeting table—they come from sharing food, laughter and conversations with like-minded women who all share the same passion 🫶🏻

We chatted about exciting plans for the future, new opportunities, new roles, and what’s next for Team Fear… and I genuinely can’t wait for everyone to see what’s coming 🥰

It really feels like we’re stepping into a whole new era… (and yes, that’s a Swiftie reference for Master Fear 😉)

A huge thank you to Master Fear for organising today and for everything you do. Your passion, vision and belief in all of us never goes unnoticed, and we’re so lucky to have you leading the way.

Here’s to strong women supporting strong women, dreaming big, and making this next chapter the best one yet.

Well done Monday crew on a great set of classes 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Mighty Matt’s started with a warm up that involved moving around the room in different ways and before they had to freeze into a martial arts technique . Then half of them went into doing commando crawling and different exercises while the other half did padwork before switching 👍🏼

Juniors had a similar class but more tailored to their age group and belt level, they went straight into half and half. One half doing commando crawling and a numbered amount of exercises and the other half did partner padwork. A quick fun reaction drill were they went into punching and kicking the pads across the room before they ended by working on their new hand drills 😊

Don’t forget classes will be running across the Summer Holidays with exception to our shutdown week (week beginning 24th) and the bank holiday 😎 don’t forget during these weeks you will be able to train at our Winterstoke location 💪🏼

Huge congratulations to Mikey on an incredible achievement at the South West Championships! 🥇🏅

Competing at your very first championships is a massive step on its own, but to walk away with GOLD in hand drills in the only category you entered is something to be extremely proud of! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Mikey was also the only student representing our Worlebury location, and he did himself, his club and his instructors proud every step of the way ⭐️

People often don’t realise that only around 3% of martial arts students will ever step onto the competition mats. That makes every student who chooses to compete part of an elite group willing to challenge themselves, step outside their comfort zone and pressure test their skills.

Competition isn’t just about medals either. It sharpens technique, improves focus, builds confidence and helps develop overall martial arts ability at a much faster rate. Win or lose, every competitor grows — and Mikey showed exactly what that competitor spirit is all about.

A fantastic achievement and hopefully the first of many championships to come! 👊🥋

Please make sure you have got your Kihapp (booking system) on your phone so you can view the scheduling which will give you timings etc it will also be updated in live time on the day too to give you accurate times, a fantastic new addition for smooth running. Please reach out to your own instructor if your unaware of this 👍

Your welcome to attend the whole day if you wish too, soak in the experience, the musical forms which is running after Mighty Matts have finished will be a fantastic one to watch, very thrilling! Plus Master Fiddes will be in attendance too for photos 🥋
