Looking for a fun way to stay active this summer? Come and join the Weston-super-Mare Roses for our FREE Girls Fitness & Fun sessions 🏉💪🏻

Open to current Year 5, 6 & 7 girls, these sessions are a great opportunity to make new friends, build confidence, improve fitness and give rugby a try in a welcoming and supportive environment.

🌹🐝 A NEW ERA OF GIRLS' RUGBY IN WESTON BEGINS 🐝🌹

Two clubs. One vision.

For the 2026/27 U18 season, Weston Roses and Hornets are coming together to create an exciting new girls' rugby cluster, giving players the chance to train, compete, develop, and thrive as part of a stronger rugby community.

This is more than a partnership. It's a commitment to growing the women's game in Weston and creating an environment where every player can reach their potential, make lifelong friendships, and be part of something special.

To celebrate, we're hosting a joint launch session and we'd love you to join us!

As we gear up for the 2026 season, we'll be starting with three optional sessions to help everyone ease back into training, shake off the cobwebs, and get the ball rolling.

⏰ Arrive at 6:45pm for a 7:00pm start.

Our official pre-season programme begins on Thursday 2nd July, with training continuing every:

Whether you're returning for another season or thinking about pulling on the shirt for the first time, all players are welcome.

It’s great to see the teams we’ll be competing against, and we’re looking forward to the challenge ahead as we come up against both familiar rivals and new opposition in what promises to be a highly competitive league.
