The first picture on the left was may 2020 I had lost half the muscle I had put on in school and college and was going down a rocky downward path. the second picture on the left was taken a could of days ago I'm up in weight about 5 kilos in lean muscle and my posture is much better and I'm even stronger than I was in school. Change is possible with time and dedication

Been working on perfecting my front lever, been doing 3 sets of 5 reps holding on the final repetition till failure. Slowly getting there need to work on lifting my hips and leaning my upper body back more to completely straighten so still a bit more strength to build but progress is strong 💪
