I get a lot of clients tell me that they get frustrated because other boxers make it look easy.

I get clients asking me how I don’t get frustrated when they get combinations wrong.

I’ve been there. Everyone starts. But what is important is that you keep tackling it piece by piece.

I couldn’t get combinations right. I couldn’t throw a punch. I didn’t understand how boxing worked, but I kept tackling one obstacle at a time.

That last video was my first sparring session EVER. I hated it, I cried because I got hit. But I came back and tried again, and again, and again. I still get those days where I get hit, but it’s not EVERY session, and that’s a win.

Don’t give up on yourself, your body takes time to learn and process. Keep going.
