Stretch at Polefection

Stretch at Polefection Stretch and flexibility classes for all levels. They will take place on Wednesday evenings at The Stable in Weston Super Mare.

Polefection members will get priority for spaces and at a cheaper price of £3 but the classes are open to anyone who would like to improve their flexibility for just £5. Classes are 30 minutes of deep stretch (working to your own ability) to improve flexibility, strength and control. Take what you learn here and apply it to your Polefection classes. Although we will do a small warmup at the beginn

ing of the class, I would suggest coming to the class having warmed up prior. This way you will get much more out of the class and yourself with less risk of injury. At present the classes are limited to 5 people per class, so we have limited spaces.

It’s been a while I know but I hope you are all doing well?

I don’t know about you but my stretching has taken a back seat for a little while (whoops) and thought it might be nice to have a good old stretch. Just taking it Nice and easy!

I’d like to focus it more at beginners.

Hi everyone, I am taking part in “the big walk” for the Charity “Shelter” in an effort to raise some money 🤗

If you have a few pounds spare that you would be happy to donate please do. It’s for a great charity and I think this year has taught us that we really need to help our fellow humans in need ✨

This week is the final week of the stretch course! (How fast has that gone!)

I hope you are all proud of yourselves for even signing up! Whether is was to start your stretch journey or to push yourself further, you have all done great!

There’s only One more week left but don’t stop there! Keep it going and don’t lose any progress you’ve made!

This week we will be doing a full body deep stretch from head to toe! And I am making it an hour long!! So plenty of time to get bendy 🤗
