Over HALF the places are already gone 👀

Hangar Kids & Teens starts on Wednesday 9th September and, to give everyone a proper chance to try it, the whole of September is FREE. 🧡

These are proper coached sessions with Coach Matt from Elite Coaching, built around helping young people:

💪 Get stronger, fitter and more confident
🙌 Learn how to move and train properly
🤝 Make mates and feel part of something
🔥 Challenge themselves in a supportive environment
🧡 Most importantly, actually enjoy exercise

KIDS | Ages 5–11
Wednesday 4:00–4:40pm

TEENS | Ages 11–17
Wednesday 4:45–5:30pm

Sign them up now, let them come throughout September for free, and you only start paying from October if they want to stay.

Presenting the Hangar ICONS - fittingly renamed to sum up the members in the group.

The over 55s strength class was conceived and championed by Coach Robyn a few months back - and now with Coach Cas to manage the demand of extra classes!

Like every other part of the community, the group have now transcended the foundations we originally built and it's taken on a life of its own. They cannot be contained! Ha.

And like the teens, the kids, the mums, the early morning crew, the special projects, the evening lot - this group is now integral to the Hangar community.

Here are just four of the founding members that were in class last night - and we’re looking forward to celebrating them on socials over the coming weeks as we look to build the ICONS membership to terrorise Coach Robyn and Coach Cas even further : )
