Ready to start running, but not sure where to begin?

The Hangar is launching an official Couch to 5K group, designed for complete beginners who want to build up gradually, safely and with A LOT of friendly support along the way.

Across 9 weeks, we’ll follow the NHS Couch to 5K programme, helping you go from little or no running experience to running continuously for 30 minutes.

You’ll have 3 runs to complete each week, with the first run of each week led by Vicki, Tom and a lovely team of helpers. We’ll also encourage the group to link up for the other runs, so you’re not left trying to do it all on your own.

This is for you if:
• You’ve always wanted to run but never felt confident starting
• You’re worried about being too slow
• You like the idea of doing it with other normal, friendly people
• You want something achievable, supportive and non-intimidating

Starts Thursday 4th June, 6pm @ The Hangar (just off Drove Road)

But 6 would be dreamier. Enough to give the class a lovely atmosphere and not too much that things get big and intimidating... (and you get a really personal service from our lovely coach!)
