✨💛I’m back after a little Easter break 💛✨
Classes are now running again with 5 sessions available each week !
Whether you’re brand new or have been coming for over a decade☺️, all abilities are so welcome.
I try to make sure each class is planned around who’s booked on, so when you reserve your space I can tailor the session to support you whether that’s building strength, improving mobility, supporting injuries, or focusing on areas you want to work on .
Pilates is all about improving posture, correcting imbalances, strengthening your core, and helping your body move more efficiently so tailoring each class means you’ll get the most benefit for your body, not just a generic workout
Booking in advance really helps me create a class that feels personal, supportive, and effective for everyone, but pay as you go members are always welcome and will always benefit from the class ✨
