Si Gibson joins the Westies as Commercial Manager
We caught up with the newest member of the team!
What is your background in football terms?
I have been involved at committee level, welfare, coaching and as a parent of a player for many years, across many leagues in Sussex and Kent. I have also been a supplier and work with many football clubs, so I see from a commercial angle their requirements, how tough certain aspects can be and where best to help.
What will be your main role at Westfield?
To make sure we reach our goals in the next 1-10 years on and off the pitch by carefully curating relationships with local businesses who have generously become club partners and finding new partners who want to come along for the next exciting stages in Westfield's growth.
Why get involved now?
For the last part of my football roles I helped for 5 years with Saturday and Sunday youth football alongside other roles which as you can imagine dominated my time. I have worked with the club in the last two years and my relationship with Jack and Graham has grown and now, this is my only role in football, so full focus will be on one task, a successful on and off pitch 26/27 season for the Westies and its players, officials, wonderful supporters and community as a whole.
