Elevate one side with an object. An uneven hand position alters the strength and stability requirements of the shoulders, arms and core. Start with your weaker side first and keep the reps the same on both sides.

To scale the workout further –

2:30 ON 2:30 OFF X 3

aware, my friend Liam took his own life in August 2020. Nobody knew that he was suffering with his mental health until it was too late. Poor mental health affect's people in so many ways & it's time to raise awareness & encourage our friends, loved ones & work colleagues etc to speak out if they're feeling low in mood or struggling to cope. 💙
