I'm a highly motivated person with a passion for health and fitness. Growing up my interest in physical activities took me into competing in Kung Fu, Kickboxing and Gymnastics which I have plenty of knowledge on. I've held my fitness instructor qualification for over 10 years now and I've been a Qualified PT for 6 years. I find my work rewarding and love motivating people to transform their bodies and reach their individual goals. Now I compete and specialise in weight loss and muscle gain.
