We dropped Daisy down to try and beat the midday heat on Sunday, it was a very warm day and I really struggle with heat! 🥵

She took the win in the first class and then I messed up the second class and we ended up having 2 down 🫠 However, super impressed I managed to still jump under those conditions, with a body that doesn’t take kindly to such temperatures - getting through the finish, whilst still on bored and most of my body still working was a win in itself! Onwards and upwards 🤩

2 speedy rounds from Daisy yesterday at South view.

Unfortunately we had a pole down in both jump offs so lost the win, but she otherwise jumped fab. On this occasion, she probably shouldn’t have had the pole, but they aren’t machines and make mistakes as much as we do, so il let her off 😉 Otherwise she jumped brill and felt on top form! 🥰

Yesterday was a bit of a struggle for me, as I had vertigo every time she took off for a fence! It felt horrendous and I honestly felt a bit like a spinning rag doll up sat up there, but we soldiered on and it actually went far better than expected in the circumstances.😬 Hopefully it was a one off and normality will resume next time we jump!! 🤞🏻
