It’s every other week that causes it

I use a simple rule whilst away

Light breakfast and lunch - saving all my calories for dinner and a few drinks

Remember you have to eat 3500 kcals over maintenance to gain 1lb of fat

That’s easily doable if you’re having multiple trips to the all you can eat buffet

But as long as you don’t eat like a complete sausage

You’ll be fine !
