The team are FLYING šŸš€ .roisin hitting 65kg clean for a new personal best on Saturdays max out session! Solid lifting, we knew that was there and she was locked in! A massive well done her progression into Olympic Weightlifting has seen her rise so fast, we salute!
xcix with a easyyyyy 3 rep set on cleans with 120kg for a new personal best. Expect to see some real big things from him in the near future, he’s primed and ready. Strength block has been EPIC. Technical improvements he’s made are really showing at top end, impresses me every time I see him lift šŸ’ŖšŸ½

with a 47.5kg push press for a new personal best. So happy with how she’s moving right now, getting faster and more snappy! Excited to see her progress through this next training block šŸ“ˆ

Olympic Weightlifting is everyone, don’t say to yourself ā€œ I could neverā€ instead come to me and ask ā€œWhat’s it take for me toā€ or ā€œDo you reckon I couldā€ā€¦ I love this sport and I what it can do for everyone you just have to want to get involved… I’m here to make it accessibility easy, help you understand that lifting ain’t that deep it’s easy to add into what you’re currently doing and no you won’t get injured. No new comer ever got injured under the right guidance… Just be prepared to start off light, be a newbie and be prepared to listen and follow and work your way up the ranks, earn your stripes… and I think that’s the part what puts a lot of people off which I can semi understand but I still think is ridiculous. Life is about learning and progressing that’s what got me here today as the coach/athlete you see now and that’s what will continue to take me further…. Just f**k around come learn WL and you will become a different breed of individual I can guarantee you that

BENCH VID šŸ’ŖšŸ½ moved nicely happy with the bar path and the power out of the pause! Trying to get strong in the 5/6 rep range thats roughly what my working sets are leaving a rep or two in the tank... happy because my shoulder has never felt this good while pressing so the work starts from here. 115x5 paused &jerk

100th post on my page! 160 back squats for some reps! Been a while since I did these been basing my quad sessions around hack squats and front squats mostly. Nice quad session with my guy getting back to work on the heavy stuff šŸ’ŖšŸ½ need a good re-feed after today!
