Lucy moves on to an exciting new role, and while we’ll miss her greatly, we know she’ll continue to make a difference locally.

Reflecting on Inclusion this 🌈 Team member Carly reflects on why inclusion in sport and physical activity matters, and how we can all help create spaces where LGBTQ+ individuals feel seen, welcomed and able to take part.

It’s an honest and thought provoking read, and a great reminder that small actions can make a big difference. We invite you to take a few minutes to read Carly’s blog and think about what inclusion looks like in your setting.
