🚨 Ryarsh says "NO!!!"🚨
Our community came together to stand against the proposed quarry west of Roughetts Road.
Why are we fighting it?
❌ It wasn’t included in the adopted Kent Minerals Sites Plan
❌ 14+ years of quarrying and restoration
❌ Up to 100 HGV movements every day, 6 days a week
❌ Concerns over silica dust and air quality
❌ Serious concerns about the Roughetts Road/A20 junction and road safety
❌ Noise, traffic, pollution and the loss of our countryside
This isn’t just about Ryarsh. It affects our roads, our countryside, our wildlife, our businesses and everyone who lives, works and visits here.
