📣 West Linton Community is taking on a 24-hour Row-a-thon

🚣 From 8:50am on Friday 4th September until 8:50am on Saturday 5th September, West Linton Community is taking on a 24-hour Row-a-thon to raise money for The Maclean Foundation, helping provide clean water to communities in Madagascar.

The rowing slots are full, with a brilliant mix of schoolchildren, parents and brave volunteers from the wider community keeping the machines moving throughout the day and night.

We will also have a very special guest on the oars. Ewan Maclean, one of the Maclean Brothers and a genuine national rowing hero, will be rowing at 2.30pm on Friday.

There’s a lot more to running a football club than what happens on a Saturday.

Donald & Jim are down at the ground most weeks....One job last week invloved getting soil prepared for some pitch repairs, just one of the many jobs that need done throughout the season to keep things moving. 🌿

A big thank you to Donald & Jim and to everyone who gives up their time to help out behind the scenes. 👏

From pitch work and maintenance to matchdays, admin and everything in between. It all makes a difference. 🙌

Join us at Hotspur Fitness for a 6-week Summer Junior Bootcamp packed with high-energy sessions designed to keep young people active, motivated, and having fun throughout the holidays. Each week combines strength, cardio, agility, core training, and exciting team-based circuit challenges to build fitness, boost confidence, and keep every session fresh, fun, and full of energy.

What to expect:
💪🏼 Bodyweight strength & fitness workouts
🏃 Speed, agility & endurance challenges
⭐ Build confidence & make new friends
✅ Suitable for all abilities
