Would I usually post a pic like this...hell no! Took my reel down on my story because of this photo...then thought...f**king own it Helen! (Filter free!!)

Over the past 2.5 years, my world tipped upside-down when I lost my mum, then a year later lost 2 dogs and my horse...all in just a few consecutive months! From all of this, I've emotionally eaten to "help" with the pain and heart ache (which never goes).... which, for me, wasn't normal but became normal.

Then recently something switched... might have been the food poisoning maybe.... lol.... I've realised I need to look after myself, I'm 40 and need to get a grip! Health and well-being are SO important. I LOVE helping others but need to also look after myself....

So here we are... look after yourself as you never know what's around the corner! Helen Barnes

Protein Pancake day!!

Instead of mixing my protein powder in my gf batter mix. It went into the Greek Yoghurt...a new level of yes!!
