Everyone is welcome and the rides are ideal for those wanting to get into cycling or are making a come back. They are traffic free and at a nice easy pace. We have qualified ride leaders to support you so if you fancy joining us please make sure you have a roadworthy bike.

We are offering traffic free rides along the beautiful Wirral Way on Thursday evenings. These rides are FREE and have our Active Wirral ride leaders here to support and guide you. If you’re a new rider, nervous or don’t like riding on your own, then come and join us.

As we have more than one ride leader we can split into groups depending on speed and ability so don’t worry, no one will get left behind.

Teen specific Gym session on Fridays

TEEN GYM SESSION AT WEST KIRBY CONCOURSE 🏋️‍♀️

Did you know that we offer a Teen only Gym session at West Kirby Concourse? On Friday evenings, teenagers can work out in the Gym between 7pm and 9pm unaccompanied by an adult.

This session offers a safe and sociable environment for all teenagers aged 12 to 17 years to keep active and healthy in a well equipped fitness environment with a fully qualified fitness instructor in attendance.

The session can be accessed with an Invigor8 membership, just £15 per month, or on a pay as you go basis for £4.50 per session.

All Juniors require a Gym induction, which is free of charge, and an adult must be present to sign a medical questionnaire.

Our Invigor8 Teen/Junior Membership for £15 per month, offers multi-site access to all Active Wirral Leisure Centres.
