Movement is one of the best ways to stimulate energy flow through meridian lines, directly influencing health of the organs they're tied to! So a good strength training/calisthenics regime, pilates or a fiery yoga practice will not only improve digestion and detoxification, it also builds strength and tone in the muscles they run through! 👏🏻🖤

Last nights return to work was immense🙏🏻!! Two amazing classes, different flows, same Late Summer energy🌅! Building core & leg strength, sweating out the Summer toxins, and relaxing deeply🧘🏻‍♀️ I say it every season - but my god, I have the best job in the world!! Big up to my incredible yoga students who show up for themselves weekly and give it their all👏🏻 Absolute show stoppers!

In Late Summer we prioritise the health and functionality of the Stomach & the Spleen - two incredibly important organs in the digestion process.
