It was fantastic.

I wasn’t on for long but I could really feel how a few sessions would help enormously in terms of technique and fitness. There was an amazing amount of feedback from the setup and from Ian, the instructor who really knows his stuff. It’s a staggeringly efficient way to improve.

I wish I hadn’t left it so late to have a go and have asked Ian if there is any more availability in the next week or so. I can be flexible weekdays.

I will definitely be back!
