✨ WOW! What an incredible afternoon at Pilates in the Park! ✨

The sun was shining, the energy was amazing and we couldn’t have asked for a better turnout! ☀️

It was fantastic to see so many of you joining in, including lots of new friendly faces.

We worked through bridges, Hundred and plenty of fun contemporary Pilates mat exercises before finishing with a beautiful stretch and cool down.

A huge thank you to every single person who came along, moved with us, supported us and helped create such a positive, uplifting atmosphere. 🙏😭

We were also delighted to support people with modifications especially our fabulous pregnant ladies ensuring everyone could move safely, confidently and successfully throughout.

Thank you for making Pilates in the Park such a wonderful success. We are already looking forward to the next one! 💚
