Nine years ago, after so much hope, love and waiting, you came into our lives and made me a mummy. My rainbow baby. The little girl who changed everything ✨

You have the kindest heart, the biggest imagination, and the sweetest soul! Watching you grow from that tiny little girl into the incredible young lady you are becoming has been the greatest privilege of my life.

Happy birthday to my Mama ✨

I’ve never known anyone with the strength that you have.

These last few years have asked more of you than most people could ever imagine, yet somehow you continue to face each day with a courage and determination that blows me away.

Life has thrown everything it can at you and still you keep going with that stubborn strength that makes you who you are 💕

Watching what you’ve been through has been heartbreaking, but it has also shown me just how incredible you really are. Not because you’ve never been scared or struggled but because you’ve carried on despite it all.

Today isn’t about illness. It’s about celebrating you. Our mum, our GiGi and friend that so many people love so much.

I don’t take a single moment for granted. Every birthday, every phone call, every ‘Morning bubba, how are you today?’ text, every coffee catch up, every memory feels precious. (Even the trifle at Christmas!)

I love you so much and hope you have the best day despite everything 💕✨

If like me, you’re training after the school run, chances are you’re already running on caffeine, chaos and half a cereal bar someone didn’t finish 🙃

But, a little bit of fuel before and after training can make SUCH a difference to your energy, performance and recovery. Especially in your 30s and 40s when “winging it” starts catching up with us.

Nothing fancy needed either.

Pre workout ideas:
→ Banana + protein shake
→ Toast + peanut butter
→ Greek yoghurt + berries

Or my current go to is baked overnight protien oats (with cherries and choc chips 🤤) and Greek yoghurt!

Then afterwards just focus on getting a decent meal in with protein + carbs.

Could be:
→ Eggs on toast
→ Chicken wrap
→ Leftovers

Or today, I had a protien shake and a Rice Krispie square as I wasn’t heading straight home and wanted something easy to have on the go!

Not perfection, just stop expecting your body to run well on stress and fresh air.

Simple. Realistic. Repeatable. That’s what works. 💙

Posting for future me 💪

I went into ithus race expecting to just get through it. Instead, I finished feeling strong. Like I’d worked hard… but still had more there.

And honestly, that feeling has lit a fire in me more than the finish time itself.

Sometimes the biggest confidence boost isn’t smashing a goal out the park. It’s realising you’re capable of more than you gave yourself credit for.

A good reminder that setting yourself targets matters. Not because you have to be perfect at them straight away, but because you never know what you’re capable of until you give yourself the chance to find out.

What a brilliant day for Team 360 yesterday ❤️🔥

First up, Anne absolutely smashed Deka Strong with an incredible time of 23:44 👏

Anne has been so consistent with her training over the last few months. Showing up, following the plan, trusting the process and putting the work in every week. Seeing her not only complete Deka Strong but feel stronger and fitter across every area of her training has been amazing to watch. You absolute ledge Annie G!!! 🙌🙌🙌

Then we had the Gatwick 5km crew! Me, Suzi, Louise, Leanne and Archie all taking on race day together with a couple of PB’s being here clocked too! This was Suzi’s first ever fitness event and she totally smashed it with a PB of 34:21 🙌. Louise was back with her second event in two weeks, a PB 10km last week and literally a flying finish to this 5km this weekend! Just awesome! Despite it being bloody freezing, the atmosphere was great and so nice to have the course lined with people cheering, not to mention, a pretty cool medal to add to the collection! 💪✈️

At the same time, more of the 360 Run Club, Emma, Julia and Chloe met up as usual for a 5km time trial around Horsham and smashed it in 34 minutes 🙌

Back in February, Run Club started with nervousness, self-doubt and short run/walk intervals as either entirely brand new runners or returning from long breaks away from it. Some worried they’d hold the group back. Some lacked confidence even calling themselves “runners”.

Now they’re running full 5ks, hitting PBs, encouraging each other through races and arranging extra runs together outside of sessions.

That’s the bit I’m most proud of. Not just the fitness progress. But the friendships. The support. The confidence. The community that’s been built from simply deciding to show up consistently together ❤️

And one of my favourite moments from the whole day? Chloe’s daughter making medals for the girls to celebrate their achievement 🥹🏅

That sums up exactly what 360 is about for me.

Fitness from every angle.

Strong bodies, supportive friendships and everyone learning they’re capable of far more than they think.

So proud of every single one of you 👏
