SPINNY POLE - TIME UPDATE ⚠️

Mondays 9:00pm - for all those night owls who love training late or have no time to fit in a training earlier in the day (…like myself!)

Come & join me for this Mixed ability class where we’ll learn spins and transitions on a spinny pole. We keep this class small - Max 6x students in the class, so that we can accommodate different levels. Not sure if spinny pole is for you? Give it a go next week.
