Skinny Cowes bootcamp class held at Northwood Park (Near the skate park) every Wednesday. Do you struggle to find time to exercise with a baby? Do you want to lose weight and tone up? Babies are welcome to watch and sessions start at 3pm. Individuals are free to trial this session for £1. So come along and become a fellow skinny Cowe!!!
