I first qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2004 doing the thing I love the most, helping people achieve their goals and have a happier life. There are so many reasons why people decide to get the help of a Personal Trainer; to get stronger, feel happier, tone, increase life expectancy, help with menopause symptoms, get fitter, train for a specific event... the list goes on. I work with each person

on their specific goals and turn them into achievable, specific bite size weekly goals for them as an individual to make their goals easier to achieve.
